Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration
Course Overview
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of business administration as an operational and strategic function. Learners develop knowledge across communication, marketing, finance, people and resource management, customer service and projects, while also exploring organisational culture, leadership, creativity, innovation and decision-making in diverse business environments.
Entry Criteria
- Applicants must be aged 16 or over.
- A full Level 2 qualification, such as a Level 2 vocational qualification or 5 GCSEs at Grade A*-C / Grade 5-9, or equivalent; OR at least 1 year of work experience in a business environment.
- English and maths should normally be at GCSE Grade A*-C / Grade 4 or above.
- If English is not the applicant’s first language, a minimum B2 (CEFR) level or equivalent is required.
