Level 3 Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management
Course Overview
This course develops foundational knowledge of how tourism and hospitality organisations operate and are managed. Learners explore sustainable tourism, hospitality operations, digital marketing, customer experience, people management and health and safety, with a focus on applying practical understanding across tourism and hospitality settings.
Entry Criteria
- Applicants must be aged 16 or over.
- A full Level 2 qualification, such as a Level 2 vocational qualification or 5 GCSEs at Grade A*-C / Grade 5-9, or equivalent; OR at least 1 year of work experience in a tourism or hospitality environment.
- English and maths should normally be at GCSE Grade A*-C / Grade 4 or above.
- If English is not the applicant’s first language, a minimum B2 (CEFR) level or equivalent is required.

Assessment Methods
